Industrial Holdings Storage Park is a recently developed self-storage facility located in the heart of Huntly overlooking Lake Hakanoa.
The site currently sits on 7000sqm of land, fully fenced with extra onsite security. The adequate land area means we’re able to provide a larger distance between the containers and sheds so furniture trucks and vehicles can easily manoeuvre and are able to back right into their container.
We have new 20ft and 40ft shipping containers arriving on demand for all your storage needs. These containers are nice and cool and have more vents than traditional containers. They have easy, waist-high handles for easy opening. They are safe and secure and extremely dry.
Each 20 ft container can generally store up to a 3 bedroom house lot of furniture. They’re also ideal for tradesmen’s tools, trailers, vans and for classic cars, motorbikes or for recreational equipment such as kayaks, mountain bikes, tenting gear etc.
There are currently 3 sheds on site being used as workshops, there is an onsite office, and further work is underway to upgrade the main 2500sqm shed for future undercover parking or bulk storage options.

Is there a minimum term?
We have a 4-week minimum term, through to an unlimited maximum period.
How is payment made?
Payment is made by direct credit. The bank account number will be provided on the contract.
What can I store in my storage unit?
You can store almost anything as long as you can fit it into the space and it does not leak or give off noxious fumes. Bottled and canned products are allowed. You can not store firearms and ammunition, perishables such as fresh food or packaged food products or flammable or combustible liquids or illegal goods.
